Refund Policy

RBT is a $9.99 USD one-time-purchase digital product. This page explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Standard Refund Window
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for genuine product issues — for example, the software fails to install on a supported system (Windows 10 or 11), the license key won't activate, or a tool advertised on the website does not function as described.
To request a refund, email support@rbtofficial.com from the email address used at purchase, including your license key (or the order ID from your purchase confirmation). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
2. After Activation
Once your license key has been activated on a machine and the software has been used, refunds are at our discretion and may be denied if the product is functioning as advertised. Activation typically constitutes "consuming" the digital product. This does not affect your statutory rights under Section 3.
3. EU Consumer Rights (Withdrawal)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar statutory withdrawal rights, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer-protection law. By activating your license, you may be deemed to have begun consuming the digital content and waived your statutory withdrawal right; we will, however, respect any withdrawal request that is validly exercised under the law applicable to you.
4. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a problem with RBT, please email us first — we'd much rather make it right directly than through your bank or card network. Refunds processed via chargeback or dispute may result in your license key being deactivated, in line with our license terms.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments) and typically reach your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank and card network.
