End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Remarkoble ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Remarkobles Bedrock Tools ("RBT") on one device at a time. The license includes free updates within version 1.x of RBT. Subsequent major versions may be offered as a separate purchase.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, share, or resell the software or your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose

3. Open Source Components

RBT uses PySide6 (LGPL license). In compliance with the LGPL, you may replace or relink the PySide6 library. RBT also uses amulet-leveldb (MIT license). Full license texts are included with the software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR CORRUPTION OF MINECRAFT WORLD FILES.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

7. Minecraft Disclaimer

RBT is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.
